J & J Engineering (Walsall) Ltd, have been manufacturing high-quality metal presswork, welded assembly components and products for clients in Birmingham, Walsall, other places in the West Midlands and throughout the UK for over 40 years. Established in 1978 we have worked with companies to provide a wide range of bespoke metal pressings and welded assembly components and products.
Our devoted design team can help develop and manufacture bespoke components for your clients, we are specialists in pressings made of various metals, presswork, welding fabrication, bespoke shelf brackets, and pipe/tube manipulation.
From Concept To Completion
The companies great strength lies in its vast knowledge and experience in manufacturing in the fields within our products offered in this site, not just the two company directors who have collectively 90 years experience but also our managers and in fact, the whole workforce are all skilled engineers in their own rights.
On numerous occasions, we have helped clients design their products throughout development to production, where similar companies to ours have failed.

An Example of Our Work
A number of years ago J&J Engineering (Walsall) Ltd, was approached by a well established European company, who required to bring their product idea to the market, it was a high-grade stainless steel litter bin, it, however, required securing to various posts and required to be as vandal-proof as possible.
This clients design team showed us their product ideas, J&J Engineering (Walsall) Ltd suggested their product could be greatly improved in its appearance, strength and quality if we manufactured a full set of press tooling.
The tooling was manufactured and sampling was done, then a small batch of parts was manufactured, a 10 mm diameter tube was assembled, clinch nuts were fitted and the client approved these assemblies.
That was in the year 2002 and today this product is still manufactured by J&J Engineering (Walsall) Ltd.
